Family love
Both yellow and green zucchinis are related to cucumbers, as well as melons and pumpkins, all part of the gourd family Cucurbitaceae.

Fast grower
An interesting fact about zucchini is that it is one of the fastest-growing fruits. Harvesting is done every day, seven days a week. Within 4 to 5 days the ovary of zucchini grows to about 350 grams. After reaching the 350 grams, it can grow up to 200 grams per day, which is why daily harvesting is necessary. If the grower harvests at 6:00 AM and checks the crop again at the end of the day, they can harvest another round.

Once the fruit blooms, it takes just 4 to 5 days for the zucchini to be ready for packaging by Blue Bite and shipped to customers on the same day.

Only the best is enough
Growing high-quality zucchini is a matter of the grower's experience, balancing the right amounts of water, nutrients, and light. Zucchinis prefer temperatures between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius and need plenty of daylight. It's very important to handle zucchinis carefully during harvesting and packaging because they are delicate. Therefore, our grower ensures that the handling is done manually to guarantee the product's quality.
